I visited The Old Quarter Pub this afternoon. The chicken burger was very tasty, I had mashed potatoes instead of fries.

We were very lucky to get a table the evening of a concert in Limerick. We stumbled on this place, and it will be forever seared in my memory as the best fish and chips I've ever had in my life. I have had a lot of fried fish in the United States, and some of it has been pretty darn good, but this was outstanding! Flaky fish and the batter was perfectly crisp and seasoned with something very, very pleasing! The dessert... oh my wow! if I recall I think it was apple pie or apple crisp... fresh whipped cream!

Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by . Very central location with a car park adjacent ( very handy) . Lovely covered , heated outside area .I brought my dog with me which is allowed and the staff couldn't be more helpful . They gave my dog a bowl of water and everything 🙂 . The food is amazing and great value for money . The premises is also wheelchair friendly and has a spacious wheelchair toilet . I would highly recommend the Old Quarter and will definitely be returning . Staff are so so pleasant .

Popped in for one last cocktail on a night out with my husband. Ricardo recommended the Cherry Smash....made with Jameson. It was delicious. Lovely ambiance, nice music inside and live band outside. Perfect for a night out.

Whenever my husband and I want to have a pleasant experience, we go to this restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is attentive, and the food is good. I also want to commend Chef Matheusz, who always offers us beautifully presented and flavorful dishes. Without a doubt, a place worth visiting and repeating.

It’s the perfect spot to sit in the corner and have a chat with my wife while enjoying a meal. The cooks really know what they are doing - everything has such a good, authentic taste, and the chowder is definitely my number one. We also loved Pancake Day there. They had three different kinds: Banoffee, Nutella & Strawberry, and even Bacon. Everything was delicious.

Booked a 30th Birthday here last Saturday night for my son. The staff decorated the pub fantastically.The staff couldn't be more helpful or friendly,The food was absolutely plentiful & delicious. I had booked a 30th birthday here and the team at the Old Quarter were absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful from start to finish. There was absolutely no issue with anything that we had requested and we were given a great spot outside with the live band. It was a fantastic night, thanks again to the staff here.

Rionagh was our server today for breakfast, and the service was beyond our expectations. On top of that, the food was amazing! I highly recommend the poached eggs with hollandaise sauce. If you’re in Limerick City Centre, be sure to stop by The Old Quarter...it doesn’t disappoint! Also, remember to ask for Rionagh and her team for excellent service.
